Terms and Conditions of Sale
Postage – we endeavour to be as fair & reasonable as we can as regards postage & packing. Therefore we charge postage at cost from the Post Office and absorb the tax and other costs as appropriate. Please visit www.royalmail.com for details. Orders to destinations in the UK in excess of £100.00 or elsewhere in excess of £150.00 (heavy items such as books excluded) are forwarded registered mail paid. Packing is gratis.
Payment – we prefer Paypal for payment in the ordinary course of events. We can only accept cheques or drafts in Sterling drawn on a UK clearing bank. Furthemore bank charges are quite onerous and thus would prefer not to receive cheques for under £15.00 if at all possible. Obviously cash in any freely convertible currency is acceptable, but we would strongly recommend transmission by registered mail. Those of you who live in countries with exchange control regulations please email us in order to find a method acceptable to all concerned.

- All items are unconditionally guaranteed genuine unless otherwise stated
- Minimum order is £20.00
- Prices quoted are ex our offices, postage/transport extra, without engagement and E&OE.
- Notwithstanding this if an order from the UK is in excess of £100.00 or from elsewhere in excess of £150.00 the order will be forwarded by registered mail free of charge.
- Title to the goods shall not pass until all payments due from the purchaser to us are paid in full
- All goods dispatched are sent at buyer's risk.
- Should goods not comply with description and or illustration purchaser may return same within 7 days of receipt for a refund in full
- The domicile of the contract is Harwich and English law applies exclusively.
